The house was built in 1907 by a local family using high quality materials as their position in the village community indicated. The house still retains most of the wonderful original tiles and fireplaces as well as the polished wooden floor. It has been tastefully decorated with attention to detail, maintaining the classic spacious proportions.

The long, inviting hallway leads to a large lounge/dining room to the right, with the kitchen to the left, with a back kitchen / sink room and boiler room.

There is a light and spacious south facing sun/reading room with views over the garden and doors to the terrace. The ground floor also has a large laundry room by the front door and access to the cellar. 

On the first floor there are 3 large bedrooms, 2 of which have en-suite shower rooms, and a separate family bathroom. The south facing master bedroom has a balcony overlooking the garden and mountains beyond. There is also a cosy sitting room.

On the second floor there are another 4 bedrooms, one with en-suite shower and one with en-suite bathroom.

The terrace runs the entire length of the house and gives access to the private south-facing garden, which leads down to the river via steps.
